Remtec training academy drives growth plans
A new innovative professional training academy offers the chance of a successful career in recruitment to those who complete the course!
Remtec are pleased to announce their ambitious growth plans are to be driven by an innovative Graduate training academy, this is the first time this growth model will be applied to the medtech and lifescience recruitment market and it is led by established industry professionals who have worked with some of the UK’s leading recruitment businesses.
Four new staff where hired onto the first Academy starting in September 2010.
The underwent a three month intern based intensive training course and on completion of the course where offered roles as professional recruitment consultants. The second academy started in May 2011 and during July 2011 five new consultants graduated and where offered new roles as recruitment consultants.
The third academy is planned for May 2012 and there are outline plans to make this an annual course. Remtec have ambitious plans to grow and develop their business in the UK and Europe and they have identified a number of European locations for new offices.
In addition to detailed training about the European lifescience and medical device recruitment market the academy team receive training across a number of business disciplines including business planning, negotiation, sales, marketing and interviewing skills, leading to them being offered a role as a recruitment consultant with Remtec on successful completion of the academy.
