Cambridgeshire Community FoundationRemtec Grassroots Community Foundation

Recently the Remtec team reviewed how we were behaving as a business and we agreed we wanted to contribute to, and engage more with, our local community.

The Remtec Grassroots Community Fund was established in November 2009 and we have pledged to raise £15,000 over a three year period. The fund will make small grants to voluntary and community groups that are working on charitable projects in Cambridgeshire. Remtec are particularly interested to support groups that enable people to unlock their potential.

The Remtec Grassroots Community Fund is administered by Cambridgeshire Community Foundation which makes grants to local voluntary and community groups for charitable projects they are undertaking. Funds are set up by companies, individuals, national and local government groups.

The vision of Cambridgeshire Community Foundation is of a thriving culture of local giving to effective local causes - made possible by a thriving and effective Cambridgeshire Community Foundation.

Their purpose is to make philanthropy more compelling through well targeted strategic and sustainable grant making for the benefit of stronger communities in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
