Once we have been given a detailed brief, our consultants are able to draft the wording for the advert.

Why use advertising

If a number of vacancies need to be filled, or where the need for search is less clearly defined, then targeted advertising is an ideal way of supplementing the process. There may be candidates who are less "visible" to search (perhaps have recently moved out of the target industry), or it may be that the client welcomes applicants from other industries.

In the case of multiple vacancy recruitment campaigns, for example where a client is seeking to hire or expand a sales force, advertising may be the primary method for that campaign.

Advertising may be arranged for the client either "blind" through our corporate style of advertising, or "openly" through us using your company logo.
