Remtec Search Process
Remtec believe in taking a detailed and thorough approach to search and selection. Each stage is described and broken down into the processes that make up that stage:
STAGE ONE: PRE-INTERVIEW PREPARATION
- Define in close association with the client the complete vacancy requirements.
- Define the applicant specification.
- Define how the client will be presented to applicants. An agreed client information pack will be circulated to all candidates before interview.
- Define budgets and timescales.
- Liaise with all company personnel associated with the recruitment process.
- Organise administration and communication protocols to ensure efficient communication of information.
- Evaluate sources for search.
Remtec's researcher will begin searching upon instruction.
STAGE 2: QUALIFYING POTENTIAL CANDIDATES
- Telephone screen candidates.
- Shortlist which candidate's are for Remtec to interview.
- Interview and test competencies of candidates.
- Manage/mitigate disappointment of unsuccessful candidates.
- Present shortlist report to client of analysis of search plus recommendations for interview.
- Client to conduct interviews.
- Remtec contacts the client and candidates for feedback.
- Remtec liaises with the client on whom to call for second interview.
- Remtec contacts and informs unsuccessful candidates.
- Remtec arranges second interviews.
STAGE 3: FINAL INTERVIEWS AND COMPLETION OF ASSIGNMENT
- Remtec confirms second interviews.
- Client conducts second interviews.
- Remtec takes feedback from the client and candidates.
- Remtec informs successful candidate and manages unsuccessful candidates.
- Remtec assists in negotiation of acceptable package, terms and benefits.
- Remtec confirms acceptance and liaises with both client and candidate to ensure employment contract is issued and signed by the candidate. A start date is agreed.
- Remtec informs unsuccessful applicants.
- Remtec assists successful applicants with resignation from current company.
