As recruiters we see many job descriptions on a daily basis with a list of qualifications a candidate needs in order to fulfill a job role.

We explore with our clients ‘what else’? What else does  a new hire need in terms of performance, personality and attitude which means they are going to meet the requirements of the job and ultimately be successful and have a long career with that company.  

A combination of both qualifications and ability to perform should be considered and our approach to finding out ‘what else’ a candidate has to offer in addition to qualifications before presenting them to a client ensures our clients are meeting the right candidates and not missing out on those who don’t tick all the boxes on paper.
